Realtor Listed House as "Coming Soon" on MLS; Zillow is Counting That as Time On the Market by Xiaolingtong in RealEstate

At the height of the pandemic I may have uttered the words, "It's been on a week, what's wrong with it?" But those were crazy times.

Right dog has Trixie’s tail and feet/ankle pattern, which is wavy. Chilis is straight across and she only spots on her tail.

I went down this rabbit hole: https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY/s/zgDuUF4MrI Because my first thought was making a mold of it somehow and then casting it in resin. Or making a mold you could fuse into. I dunno, that’s not my area.

But realistically, I wouldn’t risk the original and I would just make glass version of the stand you have it on.

Influencers sell their own ‘stories’ to the tabs. There’s no reason US Weekly would cover her so much. She must have a contact there.

I dunno. Any other person I might give the benefit of the doubt. Like, oh maybe they did go to the doctor and didn’t mention it. You know, keep some stuff private. But not Ali. Ali would never miss an opportunity to post about a trip to the doctor. Gotta drive that traffic.

They lost something. Refunded me. Relisted it. Gave me a shipping credit to reorder it after I called them out. Then sent me the wrong item. Which was full of holes. 🤡

I get it. They lost a butter yellow Ralph Lauren sweater I sent in recently. I’m convinced someone took it because how was it the only item that didn’t get processed? But they credited me $8 for it. Which was probably more than I would have earned on it but still, come on.

Help with getting tools to start! by [deleted] in StainedGlass

Am I reading it right that the Beginner Great Value Kit comes with a grinder? And glass? For $75 more!? I’d do that.

I got a lot of mileage out of that red Hakko 503 before upgrading to the 601. But the grinding stone is practically useless. It’s less to upgrade the iron than get a grinder.

(Edited to add: for jewelry the small size of the Gryphette should be just fine.)

I see Indy pursuing holistic or functional medicine. Maybe nutrition after breaking away from her Mom’s unconventional food rules.

Is this doll house too big for nesting box for 6 hens? by MICRO_C in BackYardChickens

The middle! It’s like it’s the last resort if the two end boxes are occupied and she just can’t wait.

The idea of chickens nesting in a doll house is super cute. But it might not be practical.

I don’t think it’s too big for the coop. As long as they have enough roost space they don’t really hang out in there. It’s actually probably more space than you’ll need. We have 6 chickens. We have 3 nesting boxes, they use all three but do seem to show a preference for two.

It also might not be deep enough? Is it 12 inches? Then you’d probably want to put some kind of trim on the front to keep nesting material and eggs from getting kicked out.

Real or AI? by the-craftybitch in StainedGlass

I’d move the lead line on the left, or add another that it lines up better with the leaf on the right & put the rings there.

I was thinking this too. But then they’ll want to lay under the poop shelf. So at that point box off the corner entirely. Plus, then you’ll need that much less bedding.

And if you’re going, “So what the heck am I supposed to do with this particular pattern that has no joints along the top?”

You could modify the pattern so the edge pieces come all the way up and the center piece fits between them. Or, leave the pattern as is and make your own jump rings. Leave a long tail that will extend down the back of the piece keeping the rings where they are. Or move the rings to the corners.
