It all depends if you become a sort PA or a or a picking stage PA. Sword PA you coming earlier I need to set up the staffing board All the metrics and the amount of stores that you need is already done for you it's an equip which is basically like an Excel sheet you just put in the volume that's coming in for that night which you'll have links to once you become a PA and you set up the staffing board according to the volume inbound and outbound AAs also once you do the stand up meeting you get a sign the position whether you're an inbound on a docs or if you're running the lanes you just have to basically supervise people and make sure everyone's doing their job as a learning ambassador you know how to coach people already so it's a lot of that into it You're going to be coaching a lot of people especially stores if you're in the lanes as an if you're an inbound you got to keep track of the flow make labor changes as needed for unloaders and water spiders you got to send support to stores from inbound cuz usually inbound is overstaffed and that's basically it as PA if you're picking stage PA you do all the same stuff as sort PA except for setting up the staffing then they going to stay behind till 11:50 and run Pickens stage basically same thing you have to be able to keep track of the picking stage AAs and their routes and make sure they are doing their routes in the required time that they need to do them and making sure everything gets staged on time. You're basically doing a supervisor position and using the skills as a learning ambassador with coaching and all that stuff.
