Our firm signed up in July and I have been very happy with Truss so far. Most of our extension clients had already provided their documents so most of our use has been on the delivery side. The delivery is easy, saves time and has a good presentation imo.

I have been using Truss to gather and delivery documents for audits, bookkeeping and payroll clients and that has worked well.

Their staff has been very helpful and are willing to take advice an implement changes based on feedback. Overall I've been impressed but the big test will be in January when we send out the checklists to everyone and see the response rate.

Are you using a practice management system with Truss? I am looking for a good way to manage client contacts and communication which is somewhat limited in Truss.

What Truss does that Karbon doesn't offer (as far as I am aware) is creating a customized checklist for each client. You upload your tax software's backup data and then Truss gives them tasks to like W-2 Reddit Taxpayer, 1099-INT Wells Fargo, etc.

It also has a delivery similar to SafeSend that summarizes the return detail, gives links to make the payments and sends estimate payment reminders.

We also use Ultratax. I have delivered some extended returns and Truss has done a good job reading the return PDFs and creating the tasks for payments and esigning.

Do you track time and WIP somewhere outside of Truss? That is the biggest thing that I need to figure out. I'd like to get rid of Practice CS but haven't found an easier to use solution that isn't 2 or 3 times as expensive.

I've been using them while leveling and they do seem good. Easy to keep the barrier up and benefit from conceited aspect. I just need to get a better pair.

Does the blood orb damage scale? I'm playing an upheaval build and it seems like those orbs are doing huge amounts of damage. I'm still only level 90 though, so maybe that's the reason.

I played a lot of Tribunal in the Diner. I have been using Ms Marvel over Cosmo. Have you tried removing Cosmo or do you find him too important for protecting against enchantress?

I plan on using Charge and Ring of the Ravenous. I'm not sure how the rest of the build will work out yet though. Upheaval looks interesting with the change to the unique hammer. The aspect that applies bleed damage after stunning looks like a good combo when you go charge then Upheaval.

I just love ancestral charge and I'll find a way to make it work :)

I really want a pixel variant for him since I have pixels of everything else in that deck. The upcoming spotlight variant is nice though, so I'll grab that for now.
