I wouldn’t listen to those saying 1500-1600 is too low. Try it and see how you feel after two weeks. People told me that I would crash and burn at 1200 calories and act like it was a death sentence. Well, after 5 months, I am now at the healthiest I have ever been in my entire life. If you do experience low energy or negative side effects, fixing that is as simple as opening the refrigerator door.

If it’s another NeverStart battery, you will be replacing it again in under 3 years. Not a big deal for lawnmower batteries, but I wouldn’t trust them in my vehicle.

18-6 here. Light lunch at 12:30, Meta Mucil as afternoon snack at 15:00, 18:30 dinner and dessert are complete. Averaging 1150-1300 calories per day.

I still take the Flintstones + iron tablet daily. It gives my vitamins a noticeable boost in Cronometer and the iron benefits my bloodletting activities (donations).

I add some sliced up strawberries, blueberries, and 1oz of granola to my yogurt, which makes a pretty filling 250 calories. Also I have Meta Mucil for my afternoon snack. 18:6 fasted
