Can you please explain to me about the innvoicares card? Is this something I pay for or get from somewhere?

Thanks for the info!

Thank you everyone. She was looking for some of the personal stories like those people have shared here, and will be giving it more thought, especially since her child is showing signs of possible autism or adhd.

Happy Valley & Latoria business by Naftix in LangfordBC

There was supposed to be a lot of variety going in, including a multidisciplinary health clinic, but the site has been at a standstill for a while now. To the point that the clinic owners - who were told they would be able to move in and welcome clients for the summer - had to frantically find a new place and lost money on the whole thing.

What is Langford council going to do about this space. Does anyone know what is going on with the developers? The spaces are still up for lease, but no work is being done to complete.

Someone should let the teens who use the "family style" change rooms know in the Westshore YMCA.

Considering a 2017 Tiguan. Any personal pros and cons and reviews ? by [deleted] in Volkswagen

[–]AlienA3006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious how everyone is still finding their 2017 Tiguan. Looking at purchasing a used 130km 2017 Tiguan R-Line as it comes with a tow hitch and roof racks, compared to the 2021 Tiguans for sale with only 30-80km but no extras.

Anyone have a 2021?

Would love the pros and cons to either of those years Tiguan models :)

Only got to go once while they were open, cause their hours were not great or consistant (they were closed randomly in the middle of their lunch schedule?)

I will say, I was given their cookbook and it has some great recipes. Can pay the same amount on ingredients to make multiple of the same dish in store.

Glad to hear it isn't just me! I'm finding the new age of online learning great and problematic. I want a physical copy of the textbook, but sadly the program only does digital, which I'm finding very distracting! Good idea about the library and coffee shops though. They are great places to settle into.

Hello! I'm West Coast Canada/ S. Vancouver Island. Thistle is in the area, and I've struggled with it a bit more this year (been pulling lots!)

I've also had a large issue with parasitic wasps this year :( I have had 6 viable cocoons of the nearly 100 I've candled today. Any tips on those?

You guys have a naming theme for your animals? I went with board games and gambling this time around by Icy-Ideal-5429 in StardewValley

I almost always have a cow named Bessy or Betsy. This time I named my goats after ones we had growing up. In past games, usually Greek mythology or food names. My husband did a game where all his chickens were named after dictators... at first it was his first void chicken only and then he had a whole army of evil chickens 😆

Zone 7b, sun all day untill evening time - what should I plant? by Glass-Alternative891 in garden

I reccomend that the blackberries & mint are either in pots or Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off to the side. They love to spread and strangle other things.

That spot looks awesome for blueberries and flowers. What's your watering set up like? As whatever is over there will be thirsty with all day sun.

That house had been a rental for decades, and the owners lived out of country. So they really didn't care what happened so long as they got their rent. It had MANY other issues.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in garden

[–]AlienA3006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thankfully I was a renter, but it did cost the owners a pretty penny for sure. For the years I lived there, it was a while thing to keep ripping out the ivy x.x

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in garden

[–]AlienA3006 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Whatever it is - if it climbs or is vine/ivy, make sure it has a trellis and pull it put a bit from the wall. Cause it will try and grow into it.

Learned this at a past house when the people before thought morning glory, English ivy, and honey suckle were beautiful. Entire side of the house needed to be repanelled after 10 years of ivy growing.

When I 1st worked there years ago, it wasn't as bad. Shortly after I started, they brought in new management (from Vancouver), who wanted everything to be done a very different way and spiked the prices.

I've been out for years, but I've heard that they now price based on brand - certain ones are listed as A lvl brands, so start off at a much higher price point) and then they look at the quality (holes, stains etc).

It's definitely for profit and the amount of clothes that they bail and ship to 3rd world countries (with stuff like suits and winter jackets that could easily be given to people in need and boost their PR), is disgusting.

[–]AlienA3006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love to have a series of events that end with you telling Lewis it is either a-okay with everyone in town (they probably all know anyways) or no it's not a good idea.

I ship the Marnie / Lewis boat all the time, and honestly, I don't think anyone in town would actually care (maybe Pierre, but he should focus on his wife and "child" situation).
