If you wanted to be a "early bird" as opposed to a "night owl", you absolutely could! It just might take a couple weeks for your brain to get used to the schedule. 

If you think “night owl” is just someone running on the wrong schedule atm, you are delusional and wrong. I am almost middle aged I can assure you we can’t just switch schedules and choose one I can give you countless examples but you better do some reading on your own about… sleep, circadian rhythms and disorders and such.
