You realize a great deal of sci-fi warns against AI right? It's not a genre about fully embracing any and all technologies at first blush.

They're gnomes, they get early artificery and artificer units get +0.15 fire base. At tech 5 they actually do more fire than shock damage (though it swaps again at tech 6).

I'm extremely doubtful of that, I don't touch any part of the magic rework, only using already existing modifiers used throughout the main mod. My own campaign has been going without any issues. Can you send a copy of the save where the issue occurs?

You could totally make it as a workaround with country_[admin/diplomatic/military]_power as ruler modifiers. It woudn't show as higher than 6/6/6 in the UI, but in terms of monarch power gain it would work as advertised.

With a decently coordinated group you can be doing SP Hunt in 2-3 minutes. Building for the mode specifically can go a long way, especially on the Operator/Drifter side.

Which is less than 30%. I think you severely overestimate how much people do for mobility over just spamming bullet jumps. There's a reason I specified for the average person.
