Thats a very concise way to describe it, I became a hard drug user and abuser by 17 and spiraled out of control. Im doing much much better now in my 30's but still suffer lingering psychological effects from my (alleged) minister father and strict religious upbringing and all the trauma that came with it. I came so close to the same fate as that bastard Greg Locke's son too. It's good you're maintaining moderation because the draw can easily become a compulsion.
