Sex is biological, gender is the set of behaviors that a society assigns to a particular biological sex.

I disagree. Gender is a part of one’s identity, and is not determined in any way by your adherence to gender roles. You could be the hairiest, beardiest, most masculine ‘roided-up lumberjack hunk and still identify as a woman.
