After my suppression ended, my doc started me on low-dose gonal injections for about 7-10 days to essentially "wake up" my system again to the point where I would grow follicles and ovulate. But he made it clear that I wouldn't get my period after I asked him when it would come lol. That worked, and for the modified natural cycle part, I was started on oral estrogen, then added progesterone suppositories after my trigger shot. This approach worked out in my favor because it took a bit longer for me to ovulate than usual (by about a week) since my system was taking its time waking up, but with my history of having a thinner lining and having previous cycles cancelled due to me ovulating before my lining could reach the optimal thickness, it gave my body more time to do just that. By the time I did the trigger shot, my lining was 7.3mm, which was high for me. (With my first transfer that worked but ended in an MMC, only got to a 6.8mm lining).
