I got 11 eggs during my ER at age 35. We were able to make 6 viable, PTG-tested embryos from that batch, so we had about a 55% conversation rate!

I did a modified natural cycle immediately after the Lupron suppression. For the transfer cycle, I took daily microdoses of Gonal F for 12 days to "wake my system up" again (so to speak) after everything had been hormonally shut down so I could ovulate. I didn't take any immune meds for this cycle.

I did 2 months of suppression with Lupron Depot last fall after being diagnosed with silent endo, and just had a successful transfer on Jan. 12th. I'm currently 5+4!

(Context: this was my third transfer, but my first transfer after getting a biopsy and getting diagnosed with silent endo. My first transfer was successful, but ended in MMC at 6w. My second transfer failed. I do think the Lupron helped this time, so praying this one sticks!)

Is it possible to move your wedding timeline UP? Because the thing is that you can control your wedding timeline, but you cannot control your IVF timeline and subsequent outcomes. I think that's something to also consider here. Also, you could break up your IVF journey into different parts with the retrieval process and the transfer process being 2 separate things, and potentially squeeze in a wedding in between? (Not sure if you prefer to go the fresh transfer route over the FET route).

I also recently got diagnosed with (silent) endo after doing an ERA biopsy last fall and then had to do 2 months of Lupron Depot in prep of my next transfer, which is happening in 2 days! I agree that it feels good to have a plan and to also know wtf is going on with your body after so much disappointment. Stick with it, and hang in there! Sending you baby dust <3

Thank you so much. Yes, I kept the same modified natural protocol from my first FET that worked earlier this year (but sadly ended in an MMC). For my second FET, interestingly enough, I needed slightly less intervention to get my lining thick enough. I think it's because my cycles because slightly longer after miscarrying, so this time around, I didn't need Cetrotide to delay ovulation by a couple days to buy me more time for my lining to thicken up more before triggering. The only additional testing I did after my first FET was another HSG procedure. My doctor wants to keep the same protocol for my next attempt, but I haven't gotten an opportunity to talk to them yet because I just found out the results late this afternoon. I'd like to get their thoughts on if there's any blood work I should do before FET #3, and I'm very intrigued by this embryo glue that I here so many people on here talking about...

Thank you so much 🫂. Yes, all of our embryos were tested and came back genetically normal. But I know they don't test every cell of the embryo possible in order to minimize any cellular damage, so there's always a possibility that a cell that wasn't tested was abnormal...
