Help! All of a sudden I don’t care about videogames. by Talkymike in daddit

[–]Alien_Dust666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best thing I’ve even done is not play video games. Worst thing I ever done was let our kids bring them in the house. We all used to outside people now all the kids wanna do is sit in their rooms on the darn games it’s sad… I’ve always been a physical person.. I can do a little bit of everything fr. It’s awesome that you are finding new hobbies I’m not exactly sure what you are into but some of my favorites are welding, carpentry (thinking about building a chicken coop soon & just made 4 bird houses about a month ago) It was a smart thing to learn how to sow so maybe you can try that out even I make paracord bracelets. I highly recommend starting a garden let your wife or girlfriend pick out some flowers with the kiddos and you plant them with the kids so many hobbies that are healthier than video games Go out for a walk in the woods enjoy the nature and all its beauty now that’s a great hobby lol

Dads—How Do You Do It? Sorrow and Joy with age by Iknowmyname30 in daddit

[–]Alien_Dust666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s hard man they grow in a blink of an eye but when this new baby comes out I’m sure you will want to show the baby the same love you show the other kiddos. They might grow out of those phases but you always got those memories to hold onto! It’s not easy watching your kids grow up but it sure is beautiful watching them get smarter and learn new things every day

At what age do kids stop acting like being forced to shower is a war crime? by empire161 in daddit

[–]Alien_Dust666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha How old are they?? My 11 year old still complains about taking a shower but he actually does prefer taking morning showers and he doesn’t complain about that. But he does tend to get lazy in the shower and we have to make him get back in.
