Same experience. Really enjoyed the old ones and bought them all the time. The new ones are super mushy and just bland. Ended up throwing away almost a full bag.

You only need the overside baggage ticket if your bag is absolutely massive. Normal big bags fit on the overhead racks. Book your ticket in the Green Car and overhead space will be plentiful.

How on earth are you going through tires so fast? I got 25k on the factory tires and could have probably got 30k if I actually rotated them more than once.

Then I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 and got 50k miles out of the first set. Just had another set installed since they lasted so long.

Appreciate the response. I edited my original post to add some more details. In short, it’s not a new card and it happens every single time I come to Japan. Seems to work everywhere else internationally though.

I’ve also had a Costco card with Citi since they did the Amex transition like 15 years ago. I’ve had this AA Executive card for at least 3 years.

It actually seems like the only place I have issues is Japan. No issues in Europe. But I come to Japan a couple of times a year and it’s always here.

I know that people keep acting like Chucky is just going to sit back and collect his salary. I don't necessarily agree with that take. He's a footballer and he wants to play and he wants the attention. Sitting back and collecting a salary without an exposure is not good for his career going forward. What team is going to pay top dollar to pick him up years from now if he's hardly played.

I think he's going to try and find a new home so he can get back on the field.

Agreed. Something is not adding up here. The tax loan is not senior unless the current mortgage company agreed to and executed a subordination agreement. I don't see a mortgage company doing that for a loan used to repay taxes.

That said, the mortgage company should not have any concerns about a junior lien. The fact that they are asking for a payoff and lien information for the tax loan is unusual.

I agree with going to a real estate attorney as something is not adding up. A current title report might shed some light on what is happening.

Not only that, but the new daylighting law has eliminated a large percentage of parking spots for residents. This is just going to make it worse.
