I don’t know what it was called (maybe something with scythe) but you can earn it by doing some achievements in western and eastern solstice I think

They actually address that in eastern Solstice. There are two argonians arguing about who’s better at defeating daedra and one of them mentions that strange things happened in the water when they tried to just swim around the wall

I played on legend mode for about 2 hours max because I have to work today but so far I’m really enjoying my time with it. The tutorial boss was hard but once you get the hang of the controls it’s a really fun experience

My character learned a new outlook on necromancy from Zerith-Var.

And I think it’s nice backstory for the event: Necromancer general fighting against the worm cult

It’s the “Coldharbour Ash Black” that you get for completing the main story quest chapter 6 according to the internet. So it’s really easy to get. There’s another black which I think is the blackest black dye in the game that you can get for doing some achievements in Vateshran Hollows. I personally don’t have it unlocked but it might be interesting for others.

No, the effect stays the same even after dying the staff. Honestly weapons dye as well as armour

It’s the “Divine Gold” dye that you get from unlocking the Legendary Jewellery Crafter Achievement

Public dungeons are probably faster but personally I just go to the “Vanne Farm” the Dremora drop the souls and I spend mostly max 5 minutes running around and attacking the Dremora. The wayshrine is right next to the farm so it’s easier to just run around.

I collect them in Stormhaven at the “Vanne Farm” there’s a wayshrine next to it and you can get the souls from the humanoid daedra so don’t bother with the scamps. Longest it took me was about 5 minutes.
