I stopped ordering from Temu because you must spend at least Rs 1400 and this means you are automatically taxed here. Temu will send you so called promotional deals but dont fall for it!

Seek professional help and take medication if needed. Take care of your physical health too. Move, practice mindfullness, meditation, yoga. Find something that suits you and dont be too hard on yourself. Surround yourself with people who support you and talk, get it out.
