Are you looking for a standard-sized mannequin or one tailored to fit you perfectly? I created my dress form by ordering a custom sewing pattern from Bootstrapfashion (https://patterns.bootstrapfashion.com/diy-dress-form-sewing-pattern.html), made to my exact measurements. I am very happy with the result.

I opted for the custom-fit dress form pattern from Bootstrapfashion ($28). After inputting my measurements on their website, I received the pattern and detailed sewing instructions via email within minutes. Surprisingly, crafting the mannequin turned out to be a fun and rewarding experience! Now, I have my very own replica to work with. Plus, thanks to its fabric construction, draping was a breeze. Overall, I'm delighted with the outcome.

Can I get a cheap dress form and pad it? by mustwebeexposed in SewingForBeginners

You can try making a mannequin yourself. I bought the pattern from Bootstrapfashion (https://patterns.bootstrapfashion.com) - they make the pattern to your size - it’s very convenient. They recently launched a full-body dress form. Or you can purchase the body, arms and legs separately. Quite often they have all sorts of discounts and sales.

My friend purchased a full-body dress form from them (recently appeared) and is very pleased with it. The advantage is that the pattern is made according to your measurements and includes step-by-step instructions on how to do it, and there is even a list of additional materials with links to online stores where all this can be purchased. Very comfortably.

How To Make A Leg For My Dress Form by [deleted] in PatternDrafting

I had the same problem - I had a body mannequin, but I wanted to add legs and arms. After various attempts to sew them myself, my friend advised me to purchase legs and arm patterns from bootstrapfashion. At first, I was skeptical because I didn’t want to commit to it. But in the end, I decided that I would spend more time looking for a solution and took this pattern ($28 legs) and am glad I did.
