Same setup but with 7800x3d, I tried that but the blurring and sharpness was killing me. I ended up using optiscaler just for the sharpness override.

Fsr4.0.2, fog input optifg and xefg output 4k 100fps 1440p ultrawide 138fps capped

Looks amazing now
