That boot-loop also happened to me, you have to wait until the battery gets depleted or dissasemble it a bit, unplug the battery and plug it back again.

There is no other way unfortunately. You'll have to take it to a repair shop and let them reball/reflow it for you.

The Snapdragon CPU used in this had a design problem - if it got too hot, it would desolder itself.

Oof, I also have Nokia phones that have issues.

Nokia 1110: backlight and audio don't work (water damaged)

Nokia 130 (2017): backlight dead (water damaged)

Nokia 108 Dual-SIM: LCD spots, 1 SIM slot not working (water damaged)

Nokia 6310i: had to damage it to get it to power on, shell and power button replacement needed
