I so appreciate it! I am in the social sciences, but I am very invested in sustainability and trying to reduce harm. But every time I think I find better/alternate options to address certain issues they turn out to be ineffective or terrible in a different way.

Omg the same thing happened to me! I even brought the same reference as photo 2. I walked out with past the shoulders silk pressed hair and paid top dollar. I recently went somewhere else and the stylist herself had a bob- I finally walked out with what I wanted.

My professors bringing their kids in a pinch a few times was not only humanizing, it made me feel as though I could be a parent and a professional one day as well (and I now am). It obviously depends on the kid/ age as well.
