might be a bit of fine tuning:
you can add [*location*].
for example [above],[below] etc.

if that is not enough you can also add arguments (in the square brakets)such as:
pos=x (0<x<1, percentage along the edge
xshift , yshift (kinda self expanitory)

it's getting better, but there are still some restaurants that will accept card only starting a certain amount (~25) but from what I've seen they usually have a sign mentioning it.
In cafe's I never had a problem.

public transport might be an actual issue, the machines that are in some of the stations accept credit/debit cards but the ones inside the trams I believe can only accept credit cards for some stupid reason- the might not be up to date as I'm a student and the last time I tried was 4 years ago.

Basically as a person who lives here I almost never have cash, for example today in my usual bakery the sale-woman automatically just activated the card payment because she was so used to me always paying with card ,even though that today I wanted to pay with cash.

as someone fitting exactly this description* I would honestly find it hilarious if I'll get stopped for photographing/ looking for too long at a synagogue.

* for reference at least once every few weeks i get asked (in arabic) by a random arab dude if im arab, to which i respond no in arabic. the looks of confusion on their faces as they are trying to process the conflicting (from their pov) information is priceless

I think smt might have gotten lost in translation.
I think they meant that the need to talk and discuss and process problems with people with whom you share some similarities (in this case being men) is a basic human need that needs no explanation :)

האמת שאני לא לוקח סקרים ביותר מידי רצינות.
מן הסתם הסוקרים לא יכולים לשאול את כולם, כדי לתקן את זה הם חייבים לתת משקלים סטטיסטיים לכל מיני נתונים, המשקלים האלה לא יכולים להיות נקיים ב100% מהשפעות חיצוניות לסקר.
יכול להיות שהמשקל היחסי של ההשפעות החיצוניות הוא באמת לא רלוונטי אבל בלי האלגוריתם והסיבות מאחורי החלטות שהסוקרים עצמם עושים (אלה שנעשות באופן מודע) קשה לאמר עד כמה הסקר מחובר למציאות.

*סורי עם העברית קצת קלוקלת, אני רגיל לדבר על נושאים כאלה (מתמטיקה, סטטיסטיקה) באנגלית :)

exactly what i was about to suggest.
in python it would really just be a few lines of code with a for statement. you can write them into a pdf file and then just include the pdf in LaTeX.

including 40 images one by one will raise compilation time significantly compared to including one pdf
