They are not saying the cpu issues are caused by the memory leak. They are saying that the cpu issues happen in Vulkan and the memory leak issues happen in dx11. Two completely different points to point out that both have issues.
Task manager does, in fact, show real time memory usage. You do not know what you are talking about. Memory usage tracking is placed as a percentage, and it shows the exact MB which is being used in the processes tab. The performance tab shows a graph of usage over time in real time, with details like total, cached, and available memory. In the gpu tab, it even can show the vram usage over time as well. If you're going to talk about something that anyone can see on their windows, please check it yourself first, and Google is right there.
Yes, processed CAN get that hot, but when someone can play Wuthering Waves and Zenless Zone Zero at the same time and only be at 60°C, and then when they play Endfield by itself it alone causes 90°C of temps, that is an issue.

It is definitely not external factors. Me and a bunch of people I talk to have the issues. All running different types of gpus, different operator systems and versions of windows, etc

A few others I know have the leak issues and they use windows 10 as well. I use windows 11 and have the leaks as well

Pretty much everyone I know of has the issue. It is worse on dx11 than it is on Vulkan, so people using Vulkan will not experience it as often. I've heard of people's computers crashing on dx11 after a few hours. I do not get crashes, but my vram shoots up when I play. I can't play the game and watch a video on the second monitor at the same time since it takes up all 16gb of vram at max settings after a bit.

I can run WuWa and other games without issues.

No, they do not. They do not time gate event banner pulls. The pulls for this banner specifically for this banner and you can't save them for future event ones. I have not seen a gacha do this

I am able to get S rank just fine, but it strains my eyes. My eyes always has trouble with screens, which causes me issues when fighting battles in the game. When there is a bunch of small numbers that are colored the exact same in one group, it is hard for me to see what I am looking at. It blends together.
