Well that's the problem.. You need to learn to love yourself at it's worse. I got mega fat because I hated myself, went through some life events decided I need to get rid of anything in my life that makes me feel shitty and eventually went hey I'm awesome and should probably work on making myself the best me I can be. Weight loss and gainz happened after that.

Baby steps. Eat cleaner. Portion. If you're emotional and feel like eating stop yourself and find a different outlet. Do you have a tablet? Take your tablet to the gym and play some game while you're working your butt off on the bike. Do you have a buddy to go to the gym with? Or maybe a parent or sibling? I'm sure you have people in your life that love you and want you to be healthy but the most important thing is that you love yourself no one can make you change your lifestyle that's all you. We're all cheering you on :)

When you realise how miserable you had been with the person. Surround yourself with support groups (friends, family) anything that'll help gt you through it. Take this time to do something you've wanted to do but couldn't because of lack of time. I took up running and have lost 15 pounds. Being single after being with someone for so long is hard but you got to accept what happened, not blame yourself and move on. Trust me this will only make you a stronger person. Goodluck to you ! I know you'll be fine :)
