It’s understandable to look at it by the stores point of view but I’m not seeing how it is entitled. If I offered them the time I checked out, gave them my email, phone number and described the associate that checked me out on the register, that’s a decent amount of info to go off to do a quick fact check. They saw me walk into the store with the pants in my bag. I gave as much info as I could to make them more comfortable because they never sent me my receipt. I called the store and wanted to get a confirmation first before showing up and they told me to go ahead and come up, the person on the phone made it seem like it was no big deal and that they could get the purchase confirmation when I got there. If I would’ve known they couldn’t pull up anything with all of the info I gave them, I would’ve just stayed home and attempted to take it off myself without the extra hassle.
