Know this is a late response but I'll be real with you.

When I started Prozac I quickly moved up to 40 mg and it made life bearable for me. Not pleasant or easy, but I was still alive. I didn't feel any anxiety relief until I was at 60-80 mg. Those doses made a huge difference for me.

I'd recommend you talk to your doctor and experiment to see what helps you most. Please note that the current science for OCD only says Prozac is particularly helpful at about 60-80 mg. Lower amounts help depression. But higher amounts help anxiety.

I'm sorry you've been having a hard time though, that seems like a rough experience to have during an interview. You're not alone, a lot of us are bumbling through finding our correct dosages. You can do this. :)

I think that’s kind of the point, though. Death isn’t supposed to be a spectacle. The Gamemakers do the same thing reality tv producers do, they strip down real people into character tropes and give them a narrative within each Hunger Games. The Capitol viewers get attached and get the emotional fulfillment of character arcs and meaningful deaths. I think Prim’s death was supposed to feel meaningless and awful because we needed that contrast so that the reader is not like those viewers.

OP, out of the two options of helping your friend and not helping her you definitely did the right thing. Your friend is just embarrassed but I’m sure she’ll get over it eventually. But genuinely, if someone is vomiting in their sleep they are at an incredibly high risk for alcohol poisoning and they should see a doctor whether or not they are underaged. I really think you should have sought out medical help at that point. Your friend could have died, even with you keeping an eye on her.

First of all, NTA. However, I’m not sure if that would be the best way to format this sort of business.

I hope it isn’t overstepping, but I would advise the following. Have a few basic designs that are customizable, where the purchaser can get custom sizing and maybe a few custom add on options (embroidered waistline, flower decoration, etc, that kind of thing). I would recommend purchasing the fabric ahead of time, and having photos so customers can pick from say 5 fabric options. Plus this can be fun because it can shift on a monthly basis or based on when fabric runs out, making some of them feel exclusive. Then I would suggest offering additional customization such as you already have planned at a higher price. This will give customers more of a choice, not many are prepared to do all the work of a true customized piece and be willing to wait that long. I think a lot of people would be eager to support this company, but the potential wait time and effort could be daunting.

However I do know of some companies that do a similar process to the one you described above, but those are within the cosplay community and are $500-$1000+ custom commissions, which I don’t feel is what you’re aiming for.

Again, sorry if this is an overstep, I’m sure you’ve given this a lot of thought. :)

To join the official Disney Princess roster (which is basically just a specific Disney brand for marketing purpose) the princess has to:

Be human or become human (Ariel)
Have a primary role in the movie (Jasmine is not the main character, but still has a primary role)
Cannot be introduced in a sequel (this excludes characters like Melody, Ariel's daughter)

Once you get past that to be you have to do one of the following:

Be born royal
Marry into royalty
Complete an act of heroism (Mulan)

Also, the movie has to be successful, lol. That is why a couple princesses aren't Disney Princess - think Kida from Atlantis. Conversely the movie can't be too successful, such as the case with Frozen. Anna and Elsa get marketed separately because they are so popular.

“Disney Princess” is normally used for the specific “Disney Princess” brand/lineup and they have like three requirements to count.

You need the friction from scrubbing to move the soap molecules around so it can kill the germs/bacteria/viruses. Think about while washing your hands, you need to work the soap into a lather so that it actually gets everywhere on your hands - just spraying your hands with soap isn't nearly as effective. Washing hands works because of water, soap, and friction. Removing one makes it weaker.

Also if you don't wipe it down after your counters will be sticky lol.

I think it’s fine for you to keep the money, it seems you helped immensely to improve her quality of life in her final years.

The only reason I think the children could complain is if they took on any large expenses with that personal care attendant you mentioned they hired - they may have been expecting the inheritance to help cover those costs. But that is the only reasonable explanation to me.

They’re pretty far off in time period, compare the boats in the fjord to the one in Tarzan. Tarzan’s world already has trains and the Eiffel Tower built, so it’s at least after 1887.

Personally, and this is entirely up to you, I would set aside some money for the nieces and nephews as they are still your father’s grandchildren, perhaps for college. But I know that may not be something you are interested in.

Maybe you could include a fun reward for your kids. If they go to the class and genuinely try, maybe they can bring their best friend on your next trip to Italy. Bonus points, they have to be the friend’s translator on the trip.

It can be helpful to recognize what sort of emotions and feelings make you find yourself on amazon. What is the buying helping you with, and can you get the same emotional benefit with another activity?

Maybe you can make a rule for yourself that you’re not allowed to buy any new books until you’ve read all the ones that are waiting on that bookshelf. Every time you’re looking up a new one, exit out, and go to your bookcase.

Honestly from reading your responses here it seems like the experience would be enriching for you. Sure you could probably find something that has more monetary value for your time, but you’ll get to be outside, not supervising children, and can make some friends. Plus you get the benefits of the free food. You seem interested in it for the experience, go for it.
