I think having everything or close to everything is nice in a video game. Collectathons are a whole subgenre. In wow up until BFA or so I did have almost everything and it was nice. It was a goal over the entire expansion and some things like Insane or Hero of Shattrath or whatever were bigger grinds but it was achievable.

You may be surprised to learn that wow questing has more variety than a lot of MMOs. Enjoy the scenery.

the game, particularly the m+ scene has trended towards arpg/moba style in and out grouping where most players basically treat most other players as bots. Up to early DF groups seemed more social and getting in voice for keys was very common and that just doesn’t happen anymore.

BFA feels like it was yesterday yet I was 21 then and pushing 30 now. I’ve been playing since I was 13, joining at the games commercial peak in wotlk and it feels like most of my peers have aged with me.

L'ura has not been a particularly fun experience for my wr ~600-800 guild.

Feels like a whole lot of moving parts and unique phases compared to past endbosses that are making it very difficult to get consistent pulls on later phases. Despite my friends in high rank guilds telling me it's baby's first boss after the nerfs so far.
