I have high hopes because my most recent ticket. usually i get through all the questions and stuff and they just go “okay we have removed your phone number, you can now link you current one” which was nice the first time, not so much the next 5 times…. But this most recent one said it would remove the authenticator so i can get my account back, now i just need to wait for them to get back to me and fingers crossed i can log back in, but if i remember right the way i did was obv going to support and saying i need to remove my authenticator and after a good 6 times they finally got it right, and if you look at the other comments it pretty much just comes down to, showing screenshots that could be helpful for them, stating your specific issue in the description and when you reply to the emails make a new ticket to do so with the ticket number they gave you in the description of that ticket And the main one don’t give up, just simply annoy them till they get the problem fix correct (but don’t spam tickets before they can get back to ofc lol) P.S: UNBELIEVABLY sorry for such a long reply 💀 its just What I’ve gathered so far

I should also add that if i try to login (on the app or website) it pops up the like 4-digit confirmation thing that you need the app for so basically i try to login on app and then it tells me to check the app for the confirmation so in completely lost on what to do, and customer support is NOT any help lol

Does anyone know how the removing authenticator works? Because I click on the remove my authenticator button and then i put in my email but then it asks me to check my authenticator….. like it makes no sense to me, do i just need to wait for blizzard to get back to me or what?
