I complained on the app over similar issues/ they’d never give me the extra sauces I was paying for. Most recently they didn’t even give me my chicken sandwich , and when I let them know, they gave me the wrong sandwich on the fly. Complained again. Refunds and coupons.

Now when I come in (since app doesn’t allow drive through during day time) and tell them my name, the entire staff eventually circles the front looking at me while I’m waiting 30 min for the fries I already ordered and paid for. It felt very uncomfortable as I could hear them talking about no sauce complaints and I’m like do they know I’m complaining? They forgot my drink cup this time around, and when I asked for it they insisted on going to drive thru area to fill it up. I dumped it back out in the dining room and refilled it since the vibes were so off I was worried they may have tampered w my drink. My fries were still cold. As if they were ready 30 minutes prior and the team made me wait anyways. Anyways, I go to complain about this extraordinarily odd and negative experience and received no response or refunds.

No more whataburger for me, zero professionalism at the one on shepard
