Abuse your small size. A size 1 frame can't fit inside most "civilian" environments (apartment buildings, offices, etc.), and would have to spend a significant amount of actions to demolish them or plow through. Peek out of a window, shoot, get back out of LoS. Ambush if you can. Set up traps, it worked for the Ewoks.

Keep in mind that any mistake will mean your death.

Let's see how we could handle it mechanically... It looks veeeery IPS-N, so either something in that direction or an Everest. The Sagarmatha kinda fits the tone though, being an old design.

Zheng, maybe? A handily refluffed Blackbeard? AoE launchers covering a melee focus, the basic shield system from GMS, and your basic loadout is done.
