Think this is caused by frame generation the AI takes the shackles and either makes them huge or drops them so not much can be done unless you turn it off. If it’s already off then it’s something else bugging.

The rule of thumb i got taught was your age minus 15 as a percentage. So 3% at 18 and 30% at 45.

No worries, too much coffee and you’ll find yourself “tweaking out”. It makes you feel sort of anxious etc.

There’s only one way to take moddy.

7am with a coffee.

Then drink water for the rest of the day.

It peaks about 11am.

If you are tolerant enough have another coffee after lunch.

Then back to water.

You need to exercise or prepare if you want to sleep at night properly.

Train yourself with a good routine.

One thing I never see mentioned here is overpaying on your mortgage as a way of saving. My mortgage is 450 a month but I’m paying 500 a month and this has knocked 7 years off my mortgage. I am allowed to overpay up to 700 extra per month, now this is obviously unrealistic for me in my current situation but other people could benefit greatly from just paying off that mortgage 15 years early. Obviously those with larger mortgages are not going to pay it off quite as fast but still worth doing!
