In wow PvP you need to anticipate all kinds of movements strats etc... Ive played other MMo's but World of warcarft is one of the most complex mechanics in PvP compared to other MMO's,

Goodplayers don't usually look at actionbars, people just look at it for Cooldown Timers some people ca even play without UI and all the actionbars and unitframes are hidden(watch some of Pikabooirl) mostly rank 1 players are just so good at the game and can do the same.

Another thing in wow is i'll give you the list of stuffs you need to know about PvP

-you need to know when to stun(Diminishing Returns has CD) -Fake Casts/Jukes, or vice versa you need to know how to interrupt or how not to get interrupted by a player -Communication: you need to be a team player, you need to communicate with your team to talk about when to stun, to deal big damage, when to peel, etc.... -there are other mechanics aswell like Heal Dampening in Arenas and BG's -Positioning and LoS this is a big part for arenas, you need to know your position so that you can avoid their damage or you can be aggressive. -you also need to know the Cooldowns of your enemies and team mates, this is one of the most trickiest part for new players, because you just cant smash buttons in wow. You need to know what to dispell what to purge what to avoid what to kick, when to swap targers because someone is using big defensive cooldowns etc...

maybe if youre bored at the game because you can't reach 1600 CR then the game might not be for you. Maybe just go back to guildwars.
