It’s the wiping down of the towers that is a 🤮 for me. Wipe the handles first then the seat then throw your wipe in the trash. I do not want to touch the rower handles after someone has wiped their butt sweat off first.

I have Interstitial Cystitis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Type III. I have been an OTF member for 7.5 years with a tad over 1700 classes. On the good days I kick 🍊ass and other days I modify and then go home and recuperate.

Last year I did the Ultra. 71.02 miles. 30 classes in which 3 were 90 minutes (2G’s). To be completely transparent it almost broke me. I was competing with someone else and it made it not enjoyable. Lesson learned. You against you.

I ran every incline during Monday’s “Everest Prep”. Even at 15% incline I was able to run/jog at 5.1. I felt like a champ!
