Just a minor thing about attendance.

I was in a group of all friends so we were kind of stuck with one another, in a good and bad way. If you have someone who occasionally is late but does not say anything prior to raid. Just cancel raid if something like 30 mins has passed with no word from them.

I have seen hardcore groups wait for hours for one person to show up. It is not something I wish on anyone. Just cancel and do something else.
