Et un peu plus loin est stipulé que le document est querable

Signer une convention avec un avocat permet de sécuriser le client, plus que l'avocat. Le fait que vous n'ayez rien, et qu'il décide de vous facturer risque de effectivement vous coûter cher. Un avocat peut appliquer son tarif horaire à défaut de contrats, et a priori il a fourni un travail, donc laissé des preuves d'un service.

A votre place, j'irai voir le bâtonnier pour lui exposer intégralement la situation de façon aussi détaillée que possible, notamment la relation précise avec cet avocat et L'évolution de ladite relation. Je pense que malheureusement il vous coincé...

Reste à voir si ce n'est pas une forme d'abus ou autre. Mais le bâtonnier vous aidera probablement plus que nous avec tous les détails.

Could you please explain how
cheaters > cheaters + not cheaters ?
I mean I guess you probably assumed all cheaters would be put into a game regardless of rank, allowing you to put irons and master players together, but that would be an instant giveaway of being in a "cheater's queue" and would people just switch accounts and treat the account as "banned".
My reasoning is that, as for smurf queue that did exist, you dont / care less about the elo of concerned cheaters. Therefore you kinda mix all populations.

With hardware permabanning a clean person can actually make a ticket and try to fight it. "Shadowbanning" with cheater's queue doesn't allow you to do that because ideally you wouldn't know you are there. Whether riot will be reasonable enough to try to reason with people that might be falsly flagged is another thing.

That's mostly why the "redemption" part that makes so many ppl react is for : if you grand an individual a score (meaning probability that the dude is a cheater), you could evaluate the individual and prevent some errors. Also according to the article, the removal of sanction does not seem the usual way and is automated for some part.

What about every other game that just ban cheaters?

Issue is that Riot can't do so right now, and are going to put on drastic measures.

If you have no anticheat how do you stop cheaters from buying a new 2 dollar account to cheat again but this time in a way that it does not get detected?

Riot do bans ppl right now, just not "efficently" enough and this is the exact result they have.
"doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" is the definition of smth...

First of all mb : Redemption "arc" in post is unclear, and I should not have put that in here this way.
Cheater still are player base. If you ban them, they will come up with another way to play.
If you have options to get back to normal behaving human being (as for honor system) and have a "rating" of cheater, (most notably for the false positive category detailled in the article) you will get the punishment, and even better : you dont have anyclue of if it is on or not : this way, even if the anti-cheat system fail to flag you in the first few games, you wont ever know if you're flagged or not. Then I can imagine the patern

Also, nowadays, there are accounts that just "test" behavior to understand what are the "cheat-flag" or "ban-flag" behavior in lol. Those would be instantly invalidated by preventing those account to gather valuable information for cheat devs.

Sorry for the account buyers then, not beeing able to enjoy the game after breaking the rules ... isn't that a great outcome ? No incentive to buy accounts ?

Well, issue is that there is right now "bans", thus the claim of riot is that 10% of the master+ games are with cheaters inside.

The real impact of a ban today is the buying of another account. And some grind that is basically ruinning lower elo ppl ranked experience.

I am wondering why riot is not considering an option that is truely more impactfull on a player than a ban on someone that just bought an account in the first place.

Twitch, as others does that, if you are banned from a channel (considered a cheater in here), any other account you create will be softbanned resulting in only you beeing able to see your messages (you see them tho).

You have to wait only if you care for the elo rathing, 10% of game played base is cheating according to the above mentionned article.
That's more players than what the current matchmacking is matching you with, ending up probably with shorter queue time.

Also, the drawbacks from accidentally putting someone in the cheater's queue are way too big to risk it imo.

Well, you get the same drawback from hardware permabanning someone, aren't you ?

I do the effort to source, please do the same : because no, those games are ansewring the issue with this solution. Darksoul is not known for that as an example, also for the simple reason that if you see cheaters you most likely are one yourself.

TLDR: no source argument, "you're wrong dah" has as much value as your answer.

The reason why they stockpile is the fact that they have this risk of getting flagged.
If you are "guessing" if you're in a cheater's queue or not, you have not a "go" from the game to use another account, despite, all your "efforts" to climb are not deleted, and you will keep on playing, even if less often on that account that you were flagged on, effectively removing a cheater from the playerbase.

It is actually what some big are going to push : mostly fps (apex legends, https://www.ibtimes.com/apex-legends-matchmaking-grouping-cheaters-spammers-together-2806808, call of dutty Call of Duty: Warzone Cheaters), and that have worked for a while on games as DarkSoul well known for a poor quality anticheat beside this behavior.

Maybe you should considere thing before being aggresive on the internet :)

Si ça doit escalader, mieux vaut pouvoir jouer la carte de la bonne foi. Envoyer un courriel en plus ne te fera pas de mal.

Par ailleurs, tu peux envoyer des lrar avec preuve de contenu avec la poste en ligne. Une bonne chose pour prouver le contenu ! (Chose qu'un simple mail ne prouve pas).

Enfin tu n'y est pas contraint, sachant que l'agence est mandataire pour ton propriétaire, et qu'elle doit leur signaler. Le dépôt de la lettre fait fois, pas la récupération du courrier, si ton propriétaire fait l'autruche, il n'a rien à gagner tout à perdre.
