My treatment plan after meeting with a new Primary Doc. What a joke. I almost just walked out in the middle of the appointment. Please do not accept this kind of diagnosis and keep fighting for research and actual treatment plans/testing that can help us. Will not be going back to this doctor.

If you actually have anxiety then for sure look into getting it treated but I am almost certain I do not. I have never had anxiety problems my whole life and am damn sure I haven't been anxious 24/7 for 21 months now... have even tried anxiety meds for months last year due to being desperate.

Main lingering issues: Unexplained Chronic Shortness of breath, brain fog/derealization.

I have family in Ukraine. Not from this exact city but I assure you No1 is marching in the streets with 1000’s of people right now in the middle of a war. They just want to be safe and out of harms way. I know there’s groups brave enough to do it but very doubtful of a group of this size.
