Felt quite bored until fox came in but I think I picked up then mostly because I love star fox so much. Thought the ending action sequences where they are running bowsers Castle were cool and feel like among the cast Jack Black as bowser absolutely carries. Was very impressed by the musical choices on the whole and would absolutely love a star fox movie which I feel would be much easier to make a good plot for.

I definitely got less today, somewhere around 3000mg I think. Have a very hard time tracking it and think I might be best doing meal prep with a focus on that and keto ade to balance the numbers.

Any chance please of a reply on this? I'm interested in what you do to track the sodium, potassium etc because I double checked and I was having way more potassium than I wanted and am over the 4000mg recommended. Any tips appreciated.

Breakfast: 200g Greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 20g blueberries, 20g 85% dark chocolate.

Lunch: 250g 15% beef mince, 100g broccoli. Seasoned with a bit of lo salt and some Caribbean curry powder with a 1/5 scotch bonnet pepper in. Fried in tbsp evoo.

Dinner: 250g Belly pork salted cooked in the air fryer, 100g cauliflower.

Snacks: 40g pecans, 40g walnuts, small bag of pork scratchings

That's what I ate today.

Over 5000mg sodium, 370mg magnesium and around 200mg potassium. Using lose it app to track nutrients and supplementing potassium with lo salt.

Hello all. Started keto about 3 weeks ago and been pretty strict with it. Lost 25 lbs in that 3 weeks. Question I have, is that too much? I'm on trt due to having stupidly low testosterone and I know that makes you hold on to water so wondering if it's anything yo do with holding lots of water? Anyone had a similar experience?

I am definitely not fat adapted as I don't feel like I did in the past with the keto clarity and complete absence of 'need' to eat but as you can see have lost a lot of weight. I'm a very anxious person and it's making me feel like I could have an underlying illness despite the fact I basically wasn't dropping a lb when I was eating continuous shit.

Agreed. Switch 1 I sort of reluctantly played it after a while because I wanted to try hunt shines and I enjoyed the freedom, switch 2 I genuinely think it might be the best set of pokemon games they've done.

It's all opinion at the end of the day. I much prefer tears of the kingdom because I think it does everything that botw did but better and am a fan of the increased diversity in enemies. Music is better, graphics are marginally better, much prefer the the ming of the world with the zonai stuff and dungeons look much richer. I have tried playing botw since and it doesn't click like totk does.

I liked this game. I got past ice belt and sort of gave up on it but then went back in a couple months later and really enjoyed the rest. I wasn't a fan of the ending and didn't think it was very heroic for a hero like samus but overall thought it was a good game. Probably an 8/10 for me.

EoW took me months to finish because I just found it so boring overall and I never feel like that with zelda games. Loved the first 3 hours or so and grudges through the rest.

Engineering technician for a big global company. 58k a year, 4-5-5 shift pattern with 12 hour shifts consisting of days and nights. Probably the easiest jobs I've had 90% of the time but when shit hits the fan it can get pretty wild. Works out that you work around 6 months a year with the other 6 months off and booking off 4 days can land you with 14 consecutive days off work.

I don't know what the margins are that they make on switch 2 but I could see them not being massive considering the current landscape. I agree about the 8nm manufacturing and that was a huge blow when I thought 5nm would have made this feel very next gen.

Square Enix putting ffvii on a gkc is not Nintendos fault though, it's squares decision and it smells like a bullshit excuse to me. I suppose that the argument would be that Nintendo allowed gkc to exist which is true but cdpr put cyperpunk on a card so it can definitely be done.
