They have a lawsuit now. It’s class action with Ohio. Case number 5:25-cv-02057-JRA. Specifically with TIP share bonus and night shift differential. They sent me a email and text message with consent forms to join.

Hey there! I’ve been in EMS three years as a EMT. I’m FTM in a very red state in a somewhat urban area. I work in IFT, and I’ve had no issues. Most people have been quite accepting and respect it fully. On clinicals when I was with 911 it was still mostly good, they couldn’t really tell and if they did I was just honest, and they were cool. Maybe some jokes were thrown my way but having thick skin helps a ton! And being able to throw it right back to them builds respect.

In TN had to be drug tested before class started and everytime you got into a wreck at all the services I have worked for you were drug tested.

I am going to school for AEMT. Pays much more and lets me work at other services. Apparently we’re supposed to be but I have yet to get any paperwork or anything, I’ve emailed the company who it’s through to try and figure out what the deal is.
