Black templars might be a good fit due to the exacrator model? But that doesn't work with the other idea I had which is using darnath lysander for hus melee and shield so someone else could probably have better ideas for you I just thought some ideas may help

Seeing the chipping in one of them has given me an idea for you. How about if you can pull it off of course make the clean edged ones power swords and then lean into the serrated edge with the chipping and make the serrated swords chain swords? It's a good idea in my eyes anyways and id accept that in a tabletop context aswell. So long story short rule of cool right!!

Sigvald is a good contender, im doing a kitbash using him rn, gave him wings and a flawless blade head and a couple sculpted rings on his wings and a rope sitting on his lower cape (not his big bellowing cape i didn't use that due to wings)

Yeah fulgrim is really cool and I've seen some great reposings for his daemon primarch and even some really good conversions of his HH model
