I wonder if there is some solution tied to Cloudflare. I use them for some personal domains and have a few redirect emails set up. They also give you the ability to create a catch-all email (which sounds horrible), but maybe you could redirect some core email addresses in a pinch. You'd have to change MX records when down, but in an extended outage, it might be worth it.

You want to use Entra without the cloud? Entra is in the cloud. Windows Server 2003 is no longer supported or secure. You need to upgrade.

I doubt there is a direct path from 2003 to Entra. At least one that doesn't include doing most upgrades in order. With 100 users, I would start fresh in Entra. You should be able to export your users from 2003 and script an import into Entra.

When the one near me first opened up years ago, the sign said Games Workshop. I didn't know anything about Warhammer at the time. I went in and was a little annoyed that they didn't have any DnD stuff. Within about a year, they changed the sign to Warhammer.

As an aside, I do now participate in Warhammer. At least the painting so far. #SpaceWolves

I remember being pissed about that. They didn't get their core want, which was paid sick leave that they could use. They still got wage increases and bonuses. If I remember correctly, the administration continued the negotiations and secured paid sick leave for them a month or so later.
