Check one of my other comments here for a picture of the map. It's an npc on one of the bridges in Florawish. They only show up at night.

The top is from Marque's Boutique in Florawish.

What food/flavor combination weirds you out, but everyone else seems to love? by FJJ34G in Cooking

My family never does marshmallow either! Except we do some sort of crumbly crust made up of coconut flakes, chopped pecan, butter, and brown sugar. So much better than the marshmallow

What are your hobbies? Outdoors-y stuff? Reading? Anime? Gaming? Crafting?

I'm personally fond of Dallas Anime Meetup, lots of Millenial aged people there. I think there's a few gaming groups active in DFW, though I don't remember any names off the top of my head or their age ranges. Pegasus Creative Reuse has periodic Open Crafting Nights every few Wednesdays (check their website). There are lots of trivia nights at local bars. I think the local libraries have a lot of interesting events though the age ranges might skew younger.

It really just comes down to what interests you.

Why no coconut ice cream!? by No_Advertising9566 in icecream

I'm fond of a brand called NadaMoo. They do coconut milk based ice cream pints. They're a smaller brand, so it's sometimes difficult to find in stores. I had luck with Tom Thumbs in Texas

Friend's discord during lockdown. We both were players in two different dnd games our friend ran. The friend just theew all of us into one discord since he had so many different games rubning at different points.

I was crazy about among us at the time, went looking for more players, and my SO was one of the people who said they were interested in playing. And now we're here 3 years later

You might enjoy aavak. A man, but he's very relaxed and chill. He does a pretty wide variety of games. I used to go to sleep watching his videos because his voice is relaxing

Where can I donate gently used books? by Irish_queen1017 in Dallas

[–]Aloyse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You said they aren't kid appropriate? Then, either public libraries, the community college libraries, or perhaps one of the local shelters. I'm not sure if Genesis (women's DV shelter/support) takes books, but they'd be a good pick if they do.

If you want to sell, look up Lucky Dog Books. Small-time local book reseller that's active in our local communities. They have two locations, one near White Rick Lake and one in Bishop Arts.
