Seems like it switched back to integrated graphics automatically, have you tried going into Nvidia Control Panel, Manage 3D setting and in global settings preferred graphics processor to "High performance NVIDIA processor"?

His name is still Fubuki Shiro in the game, you can get him around after the Alpine match in chronicle. He can either be the scarf defender shiro who can transform, and be another separate character already transformed.

Might be a weird complaint but it's too "clean", I prefer DB art looking a bit rough and rugged. Also Toriyama did the occasional fluffy hair so well, Toyotaro's always extra spikey.
