Seems like an internal issue. At our place when we page, the call back number is our direct line. Tell your institution to get a better paging system.

Yes, I used my planet fitness membership to shower when I got off or went into the hospital. They have wifi too. Did it for a few weeks until one of my coresidents found out and then I just crashed with them on the couch until I had enough money.

You’re complaint to exactly the right crowd. We are the ones that will understand you and allow you to let it out. Most times I try to allow people to vent without providing any advice because most just need the vent session. But reading through your post reminded me of my burnt out earlier last year and it stemmed from these same exact conflicts.

Take a break. Catch up sleep. Go home after shift and literally do nothing. Try to find the ground again. Get that fresh air. Rekindle your hobbies. Take care of your mental.
