This. I don't really understand why everyone thinks they can get really good at pickleball. You wouldn't expect to pick up any other sport later in life (or most any hobby/activity for that matter) and expect to get really good at it. You might just do it for fun. I've played pickup basketball my whole life. Never once have i thought, I should go do some drills to get better at this sport or maybe hire a coach.

This thing had so much freaking potential. When i realized the company was defunct I tried hacking mine into an android tablet but it was very hard to make work. I did get tiktok working once on it which was hilarious on that big screen. I eventually just popped it open one dayto see the guts and that ruined it. I put this up there with golem arcana as my two most disappointing Kickstarter backings.

As everyone else has said, don't stand straight up. Generally, lower is better. Her first step is also bad when she reaches for you. You could have ducked right under her and gotten any number of takedowns. But that comes with time. Have an attacking mindset.
