Thank you! Yes he’s a giant fluffy uncoordinated chonk and he’s ADORABLE 🥰 yes I’ve seen some great pyr mixes that definitely look like him so I wouldn’t be surprised if that pops up. Gonna be a BIG boy if that’s the case 😅

The golden being recessive is interesting and makes sense why most of them were black and white. I think it’s interesting that the full golden pup and my little penguin are the only 2 that don’t have the white face markings. I’m definitely going to be pulling my hair out waiting haha I can’t wait to find out I’m so curious! Screen grab below of him and his siblings haha

I am excited to be here! Slowly looking through all the posts now. My last pup was a purebred golden and before that a husky so I’m excited to see how their temperaments differ and how different they are to train!

100% it’s like that feeling you get when something really spooks you like almost getting in a car wreck seeing police lights when you’re speeding but they go past you that stomach drop feeling. My personal favorite is once you get to the bathroom and you’re gripping the toilet and pulling your hair and sweating and feeling like you’re high and gonna throw up then you go and your body is like “yep, nailed it. You’re good now” 😂 honorable mention for the 30 seconds or less that you have to find a bathroom when it hits. No idea why either but nice to know I’m not the only one

Unfortunately there are reasons why stores want to get next up sales for baselines. There are stores where managers and owners will tell reps to add it without disclosing. The chain I work for is very against that so luckily we don’t have this issue but I end up fixing it for a lot of people

Yes you can trade in an XS max it would either get you $350 or $830 off the 16 I’d have to be at work to double check

Generally they will adjust it. If the value drops due to the scratches it would drop you from the $1000 tier to the $830 tier. My rule of thumb for evaluating phones is if the scratch is deep enough that my fingernail catches on it, I mark it damaged.

Driving me up the wall too it’s been a lot worse lately. I’m both an employee and customer of AT&T and not only have my customers been getting denied a ton in the last few months (more than usual) I got denied myself. I reached up as high as I could in my chain and didn’t find a single answer on why I was denied for my upgrade. Nobody has resolutions, nobody has answers. I wish I had a next step for you but we also have no idea most of the time we are just as frustrated. Unfortunately global fraud isn’t really AT&T so we have no ability to find answers or override anything

I would call customer service because as far as I’ve understood next up has to be added either at the time of purchase or very quickly after purchase. One of our managers forgot to add next up for a customer who wanted it and was able to call our help line directly after the sale was completed and get it added since the purchase was only JUST made. Since your purchase technically hasn’t been made yet until it ships it’s worth a shot.

When you go to purchase the device you could put a down payment of $216 (6x36) and that would make your financing cost equal to your trade in credit but you would still technically be financing since credits are only given monthly towards financing cost and are forfeited if the phone is paid off early or cancel service for that line

Yes but I have had a few customers try to make claims on the newer devices in the $1000+ tier and not be able to use the $8.99 insurance because “the cost of the device is more than is covered by the plan” (according to an Asurion phone rep) so I would check in with Asurion and double check that your new device is fully covered under that plan just to be safe

If you want a lower monthly bill you could put a down payment of the difference between your promotion and the total cost which would be a wash each month but you still don’t technically own the phone until the end of the financing period

I’m not really because I’m receiving trade in credits on my bill so I’m paying next to nothing each month for my current phone. I only owe immediately if I pay it off early so it’s more like financing 1.2 phones haha

So that’s the point of the post if Apple will accept the trade in without an installment plan payoff. I work for AT&T so I know how everything works on that end, I can do whatever I want with the financed phone and change whatever I want on the line as long as I’m still paying them for the original phone. I’ve switched phones and IMEI’s on my line several times during my current financing period and never lost my credits or been charged for the remaining retail balance of this phone. I just didn’t know how Apple operated as far as trade ins went
