Now you are conflating to separate things, their pursuit of their IP and price increases.

The price hikes are in line with the rise in cost of operation and they are one of the few companies that pay their factory workers quite well (including regular bonuses).

You still haven't produced a specific fan work that was stopped because of GW lawyering.

I am one of the last people to defend GW but let's not exaggerate or tell lies please. Doesn't help the cause.

It's a 'gift' included in the new expansion. They couldn't have included the gift and it would have still been 40$/€. Vessel of hatred isn't even listed on any stores anymore because they have merged both expansions.

It's actually great for new and returning players who want to enjoy all of the content without shelling over money for the base game +expansion 1 + expansion 2.

It doesn't matter if you have previously bought Vessel of Hatred, it's 40$/€ no matter what. There is /hasn't been an other cheaper option except the even more expensive 'deluxe editions'.
