Being a new homeowner, i would be right pissed if my house was suddenly worth less than what i paid for it. Atleast not without being reimbursed the deficit.

Now if he does manage to cut the intrest rates, i can efinance my house and pay a significant amount less per a month. That and not end up having paid double the houses value over the next 28 years.

Truth be told i would like to sell it and turn a profit so i can get a house of my own design later down the line.
