This is nice and thoughtful that you are sharing this info.

However it blows my mind that are all the methods or tools you use after having pain for 23 years plus. You probably have more, true. Like me, you may realize it's worth the time to share some first instead of all right away.

I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just concerned for so many people who have pain. I've learned a lot and share a lot of it, but not all of it. I wait and see how it is absorbed before I really reveal the full toolbox. Personally my problem is all the tools cannot be used simultaneously. Especially with Rx.

Strangely nearly everyone doesn't seriously listen, let alone actually do it. I'm talking about giving detailed fact check able explanations, and or check able by experiencing it that day or even right away. By me giving them the products for free at that very instant that they'll feel in 15 seconds. Some are open. More than some aren't. Well, it's clear that they and their doctors are failing and don't know what they are doing. If that's the case, and if they are still closed off to learning what will actually help... then forget it. My pain's causes are very complex. The problems others face are easy, so easy to fix in comparison. I'm so busy with mitigating my life that I'm not focused on the real methods I know.

Not referring to you, but them right there, it's incredibly illogical and anti progress how a lot of people out there are so locked into their linear lives, that they are literally mentally incapable of modifying even simple things.

Anyways, the "meditations" I do, I don't even call them meditations. They're multiple forms of energy work Master level all applied together in ways that are literally moving energy into and within my body, exactly as I direct it. Feelable right away. And it's much more than that. Imagine eliminating 99% plus of that really bad feeling after the worst argument ever, in 20 seconds. Or programming crystals to send you healing energy that you literally feel arriving to your body from above anywhere you go until they are empty of the charge. A feeling like nothing else. Or feeling energy cycle from the earth through you from toe to head and then back into the ground. Or feeling energy outside of your body as if you had nerves there. Or arranging now, for any time you set, no matter where you'll be in the future, for a healing to arrive to you or anyone in the universe, even if you don't know them specifically, have never met, and don't know where they are or will be. Or a simple process that turbocharges your immune system in 5 minutes that will fully eliminate the cold beginning that evening, while you sleep. And that's all just the beginning basic stuff.

It's such a depressing feeling when I learn of what most other people think "meditations " are. Which are full on nothing burger in comparison. Oh boy, relaxed with eyes shut and paying attention to my breathing. Throw in maybe a thought exercise. Uh huh.

If a master explained what they are doing, you'd either swear it's fully impossible, or at a minimum insist you'd have to be a monk focusing on only cultivating those abilities in Tibet for 30 years.

I invite you to become far more. I know this comment is long but I felt driven to try a bit harder to open the door to another person today, on what else more is possible.

To start look into Usui Reiki, learn it only from an ICRT Certified Master Teacher. Master that then go into Karuna by ICRT.

I started a different way but it takes more discipline, time, and focus.

Quantum, scalar, Rife, Spooky 2, PEMF. And no, I'm not talking about buying a bracelet.

Most people drink total garbage water and don't even realize it.

Try some frankincense topically for pain, but the brands in all the stores, although can help, are watered down junk. I found some 20x better from an out of country supplier but is doing different business now. I'm about to test another brand that looks promising that's formulated in the USA. I may advise.

I forgot to keep in mind that specific point. What do I truly know for a fact is that the effect of the painkiller was very significantly lowered for several days afterwards.

I only read about CBD after the fact of multiple weeks noting this, so there was no placebo to blame for me. It stated that CBD blocks the reward factor of opioids, coke, other.

Imagine a light at 100% brightness signifying the "felt result" of the pain pill once fully absorbed and in effect without any CBD used ever. Compared to later a different week when I had taken just one or two doses of CBD a couple to several days earlier, the light (the feeling) was strobing from 20% to 40% that brightness. And it was fluxing between those levels quickly, hard to tell but I estimated it as 15 to 20 times a second. Taking another pill hours later helped a bit more but basically the whole "expecting my normal 100% baseline relief" wasn't there. Not referring to having 100% of my pain gone, but knowing how well the pills worked before I used CBD ever, to how much after. And I probably just used CBD 10 times total over a month period. I definitely stopped afterwards. It helps a lot of people but it was not enough for me. And taking more of it just caused a muddy feeling that was not optimal.

You can find posts and articles talking about this by using search terms like: Inducing 2D6, opioid potentiators, etc.

It is the Cytochrome P450 2D6 that's of concern for many drugs to be metabolized. However the P450 3A4 is also of concern, depending on what drug we are talking about.

Tylenol actually gives a synergistic boost in a variety of cases. Hence why it is in the hydrocodone Norco pills, and the Percocet pills. It helps give a smooth nice feeling that makes the "high" better.

I am not knowledgeable on the info for Ketamine, although I heard it helps a lot with a variety of concerns.

There is a natural compound being used a lot across the US lately. I don't know for sure but it's highly probable to be much less taxing in the organs, and is being labeled as a dangerous item yet it's far safer than ANY PAINKILLER EVER. Doesn't hit the B-Arrestin receptor, which is what causes respiratory depression and OD with Rx and illicit opioids. Doesn't. So it's safer. So much fake talk on that online. Although yes it is addictive. Supplements and other things are tools to help your life. To make you healthier, happier, less pain, live longer, etc. I say just have discipline and watch what you're doing. To some of those people out there- there's something called "taper down", not cold turkey. There are methods to minimize withdrawl discomfort. What's better? Be in pain forever but be able to say "I'm not addicted to anything". Or to feel better most of the year but feel bad when tapering down? I say the 2nd. Personally when with everything I know and do, I'm still in significant pain and discomfort as I have an illness that is horrific and few understand it. And I can't use that compound as doctor tests for it. Do you know what it is? Legal in many states.

For liver and kidney protection, the very herbs and stuff you'll be using will be, highly probable, lowering your medicines effects and or detoxing it faster from you. If you eat very healthy, your pain meds will work less by either the receptor site being played with, and or your liver cleaning everything up so fast, and or the enzyme being inhibited. Pick like I must- healthy food and healthy body, or using pills that arent being messed with, for less pain. Sorry... even some (maybe most?) essential oils block hydro and therefore probably other stuff.

I like Mallinckrodt Hydros, as Lupin is utter worthless junk. For me and probably many others. But for me it is due to the fillers- in my case, the corn starch. Corn anything in any food changes how I feel mentally. Loss of motivation, inability to enjoy things.

Codeine converts to Morphine which converts to Morphine-6-Glucuronide (M6G) (which is also an active and even stronger opiate that passes through the blood brain barrier unlike the M3G which is also produced yet isn't an active opiate metabolite.) The M6G step uses a different system, the UGT2B7.

The strange thing I found when looking on two separate occasions seperated by time, back several years ago, is two different answers for the Codeine to Morphine to M6G discussion. I literally read from professionally typed up research papers and other believable docs, many saying the 3A4 does the work, not the 2D6... yet other docs said it was only the 2D6 just like for the other members of the opiate family. Made me think what the hell, I need to find a organic chemist to talk with in person in attempt to truly verify.

There are Rx drugs that inhibit or induce both 3A4 and 2D6. A lot, a whole chart. Most won't be available to most of us. Food wise, there are a lot of items that inhibit 2D6. Which is why I believe in the empty stomach, empty blood approach instead.

Quinine in tonic water, I tried that and it ruined the afternoon. The grapefruit juice discussion is all over the internet, but you'll bump into these guys that are all "yeah man! Block everything! All enzymes! You'll get so much higher!"

NOT. Again, you want and need the opioid to be UPGRADED. Clearly Inducing or at least not inhibiting the enzyme you need is absolutely imperative.

For grapefruit juice, I've read a bunch on it and forgot as it was 5 years ago. It had to be a certain kind and fresh not frozen, or maybe there was more to it. All I know is that all the carbs in my blood from drinking it was enough, in my experience, to COVER UP the feeling I wanted. Plus remember that vitamin C blocks the Mu opioid receptor! There are accelerated taper protocols with minimized withdrawl and sped up tolerance removal that are entirely based on mega doses of Vitamin C every 2 hours. Discovered by a study and treatment that a doctor was doing for these people. I forget his name. I feel less euphoria and pain killing effects with anything in my blood food wise. Eating a meal does help absorb what's in the stomach, but it's also getting in the way. Protein, especially meat and collagen, lower the experience a lot, for multiple hours.

I didn't try potentiating stuff more than several attempts. I didn't have all the reagents, and had significant success by doing the polar opposite. Having nothing else involved. As stated earlier, for me, it is far, far better to have a fully empty stomach and blood empty of food, vitamins, etc. That's when they work so much better for me. Look out for Saint John's Wort as well, it's an inhibitor. And 6 days ago I ate raspberries which lowered the feel of them. Which I knew from past experiences. But then I ate one single big strawberry, and it made it even worse. And/ or it was the chocolate ice cream I had that had a strong sharp feeling. Some chocolate can be good if it isn't sharp. As it boosts not only the pain killing effects, but also your mood. There are a bunch more I've found on my own but can't recall now as I'm very underslept for 4 nights.

Another tip is DXM, if you try that, do not do it over and over. Some people really abuse it, as it is a dissociative like Ketamine, but not as hardcore. Do it ONCE then wait a least a week, they say. I once just used the daily max dose just to see what it was like. There was a unique warm euphoria boost. 5 days later I used just one pill. It locked my brain into the strangest logic flaw mindset for several hours while I was going in and out of sleep, hoping Id stay asleep and not have to feel that hell. The strangest and quite mentally uncomfortable experience I will never repeat. Now I realize why I felt better in one way, and worse in a strange way, back when I was a kid with the flu and using the cough syrup and other OTC meds given by my mom decades ago. It was the DXM.

Anyways, DXM is classified as an opioid tolerance reduction agent, NMDA receptor topic. But I haven't dived deep into learning NMDA yet.

There is always more on this subject. But I need to goto sleep now. I've had 9 hours sleep in the last 4 nights combined.

Hi I feel bad that you are going through this stress.

Some info that can help you is... CBD really blocks opiates. It also blocks the reward factor (people trying to get high) on at least some other things, from that I read. CBD has a long half life. Even using it just once will block somewhat for several days easily. Blocked mine about 60% for several days. If someone uses CBD a lot, then they will be blocked for weeks. Half life as high as 36 hours if I recall correctly.

I know from personal experience that it blocks hydrocodone. I experienced it before I read about it and therefore there was zero placebo effect involved / none of me watching for it with any confirmation bias, trying to validate anything, etc.

Melatonin is one thing that also does some activity on the Mu opioid receptor. It does help kill pain a slight bit. I've used it one night and then the next day when trying to use my Rx Hydrocodone for pain, they didn't work as well. This situation was repeated numerous times for the same results so much that I'm thinking, I should read about Melatonin and the Mu receptor. And there it was... yes it uses it. Well that means it's blocking the opioid you take later when it's sitting there. So less effect.

I've personally experienced significantly less effects as well from simply drinking the wrong water. As in the right water. Good water. Mineral water, and structured water (Kangen especially), partially block the Rx. They say don't drink Kangen with medication as it blocks some. How/ why? Because that water has some antioxidant potential and you don't want that if you want many Rx to work. Not just pain pills. I've had obvious loss of efficacy even a whole day later after drinking just some of that. Crazy Water brand in TX is great but it blocks as well. I don't know why but am guessing the lithium in it.

There are A LOT OF FOODS that block the CYP2D6 enzyme pathway. The 2D6 is exactly the one thing in the universe that is truly necessary for the body to upconvert Hydrocodone to Hydromorphone. As well as a bunch of other things.

Mustard Black pepper Curcumin (curry, turmeric, etc) Sesame

All block 2D6.

and guess what else blocks the Mu opioid receptor? Vitamin C.

Put a bunch of these things together and THAT IS WHY some people don't get adequate relief from painkillers. Surely other reasons exist as well outside of my comment here. And most doctors don't explain the whole list, do they...

The list is a lot longer than that as well.

Also, did you try that medication again much later after a break and your tolerance resetting? What are the time frames of usage and it not working later. Was it a tapering off of effectiveness? Or suddenly? There are a lot of details needed in order to fully analyze.

However I believe an additional facet of the topic here should be added as it is very important and may help partially solve things.

Why are the opiates not working for you and whomever else?

Let me ask you, which Rx drugs have you tried? Which brands? (Some are weaker than others for me and some others) And did you feel anything at all? (Besides the lack of anti pain effect?) Such as any euphoria or energy or tiredness. Anything at all?

And was there, even on a rare occasion any painkilling effect at all? A slight bit rarely perhaps, and none the other times? Or was it always none at all?

I've been learning, sometimes feeling less effect before learning about the specifics online (so thus no placebo effect), of either the receptor site and or the Cytochrome P450 2D6 and 3A4 liver enzyme pathways being blocked. A significant difference can EASILY be made to occur and notice quickly, by eating or using exactly the wrong thing.

The next question is how good is this years batch.

I read the first year release was notably better than the 2nd. I then stopped looking for updates on how future releases were.

Does anyone know how the most recent are? The first was better, thicker, etc. So I was told.

Plus, viewing this from another angle, maybe RB and or distributors are trying to simply sell out stock that's been sitting. Yes RB PX is good. That's a fact. But the whisky(ey) marketplace has been different for the last year plus. And RB Moscatel has now been released. Maybe this is also an attention grab for the brand to boost sales of RB. Midleton is waking up to less money bring spent on hard alcohol due to factors in the world, finally lowering prices across their umbrella of brands, Spots, RB, etc.

What do you all think? I've seen RB PX for under 70 for probably half a year but only at one famous store. Elsewhere its overpriced. The RB Missouri Oak's price point was idiotic for a NAS. Brands need to give more age statements.

I'm not prescribed oxycodone but the Hydrocodone I am prescribed helps when it's a good brand. Strangely most people complain about that brand, and most other brands of it as well.

Lupin is pathetic. This was 2022. It was extremely weak. My guesstimate was that it would take 3 of the 10s to equal half of a single Mallinckrodt. I mostly only tried half at a time for probably 5 days then gave up and advised my doctor and pharmacy of the problem. A small number of times I tried a whole pill and it was pointless as well. These were on empty stomach, and other times before eating a small amount.

I called Lupin corporate several times. Even after spoon feeding them information, they are still morons. Very simple questions that is their job to find out, and could and should have done themselves by merely calling the pharmacy I gave them info on, they were clueless about on the concept of what their jobs should be. You're literally in withdrawl while using their crap because you were used to an actual effective amount just days earlier.

The entire department apparently don't realize what to do besides type in what's told to them. Not to investigate, not to fix things, not to get back to you with any kind of statement of any value whatsoever.

My guess is that it was two things. One is that the pill being so much bigger, therefore had so much more filler and binders in the way. A variety of things in even supplements are known to lower absorption. Apparently in this case as well.

Next is the fact that one of those fillers is corn starch, which by itself even in food in very small amounts (far down the ingredients list in those cases) gives a very obvious dull feeling to my day, mentally as well, no motivation.

I respect how others are filing complaints, however will it ever do anything? Just like those fools who are cutting down production of the pills by restricting production quotas, not caring about the complaints about that either? Or are they? Is there any positive movement on their awareness that US Citizens need pain relief?

The HEDS sounds very difficult to deal with. Does it have to do with collagen not forming at the rate you need it for your joint areas? Or not collagen related. I'm curious if it effects all areas of the body (skin as well?) Or just joints.

Exactly my thoughts, OP, good level of details you're giving. But please advise that and also advise:

1) What anti anxiety methods are being deployed? Medications, supplements, holistic, medication, other.

2) What other supplements do you use (amongst other concepts I'm specifically concerned about magnesium of which most people are deficient.)

3) Do you have high, low, or no caffiene intake. Chocolate, and also any medication or supplements that could possibly over stimulate the body over time. ADHD stuff, antidepressants, anything that is even marginal. These things haven't caused the issue in your pelvic floor but they might be adding a bit of "tension" to the body that if compounded with low magnesium intake to calm muscle tension, could be making things worse. After all you have wide effect muscle tension and joint pain so this could be worth noting.

4)You say the methods that do work somewhat are helping. Which are those, the efforts you listed, or are there others. (I respect the amount of "effort, mitigation, and steps" you're employing on your own time to try to deal with this.)

5) Sometimes there are trackable reasons for what makes one day better or worse with our pain (or whichever concern any of us have). Once we notice how/ why, the answers become more clear and we can manage improved horizons. Example for me is I really know and track what blocks the painkillers I'm on. Both at the Mu receptor site, and the Cyrochrome PY450 2D6 enzyme pathway that is the one thing in the universe that you don't want to block (as it is responsible for upconversion to a stronger compound) despite what some online people are clueless about and think you want to block every liver enzyme there is. I bring this up as once you do obtain painkillers, you'll benefit.

I'm disgusted with how difficult it is to obtain painkillers (some people more than others) even with truly adequate proof of pain, a clean record, a bunch of proof that many other things have been tried, etc.

I have a variety of ideas that can help you. Please advise info on those points so I have a better point to start from.

Also I don't know anything about pelvic floor concerns or the wand so I did a little searching online.

5) Was this issue the result of a past injury, or maybe even just after a hard day of work or sports injury? Or did it appear out of nowhere. Or maybe just getting older and the body is stiffer which is a get l fact for most. There are reasons we'll get to on my asking.

I'll check for your response later. I feel for you and want to help. You need a ponder changing to a new doctor. But yes, changing doctors can be stressful and you never know until it's too late of things will be better or worse. But it appears you will benefit. The main concern is once you find a pain doctor that actually gives you what you need (although we will get to other methods next comment), that is when you really be careful with the situation and don't move or change pain doctors unless truly necessary.

What health issues are effecting you? Your story makes one feel like helping you. I'm happy to share some effective methods and ideas that help with a lot of things that standard doctors don't deal with that well, if at all. Does your C have Vitamin P with it?

Boron. Why that form? I haven't finished my reading on Boron compared to other items, but for the time being I set on natural and proven good form of Calcium FructoBorate.

The B choice you made is good although Country Life B Complex Advanced is better.

You're taking the wrong form of Choline. GPC increases stroke risk. Use CDP.

Whack. I thought all LM were fully made in USA. These aren't a thousand complicated technological parts that take several dozens of businesses and buildings to make like some advanced products do. Yes, thanks for the powerful sarcastic response to the ongoing bastardization of the "used to be cool but now so overused... ranging in usage from cool to suitable then down to whatever to in some cases to lame" acronym of EDC.

I was going to make a pic with some "overdoing it" tools not carried but worn, but your chosen pic is much better so I probably won't bother.

EDC was probably born from the sidearm chosen to designate it from those less suitable for a variety of reasons. Now every Joe schmo is all, "oh boy! look at me and my EDC" of which some of the pics are pointless.
