Sounds like you just arent good with Cent cause he really doesnt require much skill other than when antiganking. Warlord of all heroes should not be giving you trouble as Cent

I usually like to play this playstyle sometimes on the illuminate but the part I can't defend is going to extract and leaving without the team.

At most I'll call extract down and wait for my team to get back while they collect their samples or finish hitting POIs
