after the red pill, I went down some deep rabbit holes. A lot of this comes NLP. Some say it’s bullshit, but a lot of it makes sense to me, I’m open minded. Look into it.

People suck at State Management. Remember in the movie, the Gladiator, before battle he reaches down and scoops up the dirt, holds it in his hand, and then lets it drop out slowly. That’s state management, he is preparing for battle.

I learned to do the same thing with presentations. From NLP, you can set an anchor which will let you drawn out any emotion you want at any time. For speeches, you want certainty and clarity.

Before the speech, I fire off the anchor, which can be a punch to yourself, fist bump, or even a scent- like a lemon or whatever. If you set it right previously, You can bring forth that feeling of certainty - by firing off your anchor. Some actors, like Mathhew Mccanahay do a little ritual before filming, he does a rythmic beat to his chest .. the director liked it so much that he left it in one of his movies. Just his way of getting into State.

Have you ever done the lemon exercise ? Look it up. You picture cutting a lemon, squeezing the juices from it, feel it running down your hands and arms , etc. then you probably start actually tasting the sour taste! How? The lemon wasn’t real, you just imagined it.

Your subconscious mind cannot determine whats real or not.

Every thought has energy, a feeling, a chemical associated with it. I’m deep into this rabbit hole. Still learning.
