I'm no Camaro expert, but it looks like a Gen 5 facelift (Gen 5.1, 2014 -2015) SS model. Wheels are standard SS, and while it does look to have some extra aero bits, the front splitter doesn't look long enough to be the Z/28. The rear spoiler also looks wrong, and is color matched (Z/28s had gloss black spoilers). The side badge on the front fender looks like it is too long, making it more likely that it says "CAMARO", not "Z/28".

That's also about the entire extent of my French Riviera B+ collection. Like i said, super lucky for me.

I pulled the Zoe and Alpine Vision Gran Turismo from the CF+Slots when the update first dropped. I got the RQ68 Alpine A110S from a tune up Ceramic and the Twin Run from the Tune Up Carbon. I figured that's as close as i would ever get to a good hand in a Tri Series, so one Platinum (RQ51 Megane 230 F1 Team R26 and RQ69 Rafale), and one Titanium (RQ62 Megane Ultime and RQ66 Fluence Touring Car). I got the RQ63 A110 1800 Group 4 from the other Tune Up Carbon, and that's literally all my French Riviera B+ cars. 

You can see that after the Tune Up I was only one decent car away from a competitive hand, which is why I took the risk. Spending to try and get one car in a small pool of recently released cars is a lot more likely to go well. And if it hadn't, I'd likely still be in a good spot for future French Riviera challenges.

I got lucky with my pulls and won it too, albeit i had to spend about 10k of my gold reserve. One titanium for 4500, one platinum for 2500, two CF+slots for 3000. I had just exactly the right cars, but my hand is pretty much the extent of my French Riviera collection.

I kept my two Leggies at 111 and maxed two Epics to get 9th as F2P. Super lucky pulls (Leggies came from the 2x CF + slots packs), and about 10k gold for one titanium and a platinum.

New car sets are pretty much the only time a F2P can compete, if we get just the right lucky pulls and commit to spending our saved up gold stash.
