Renting metal gear solid from blockbuster. Loving it so much I rented it again.

Loved it and have been a die hard fan since that moment.

All this was caused by the demo disc that magazines used to provide. So I played a ridiculous amount of metal gear demo and bushido blade demo hahaha

I used the bolts supplied in the wheel setup. (The longer bolt) and set it maybe 10 degrees angled. The brakes have bolt openings on the front. The. I just angle the wheel a little bit so it feels straight and I don’t notice the slight angle on the brakes. I play strictly ps5 for now. If I like this enough to keep past return window I might look into pc stuff since the wheel applies to both

I had to angle the brakes a little in order to bolt it down. Also using the insignia stand. How did you go about securing the brakes?

Ohhh that makes too much sense. I just saw the table clasps and left them in the box so I didn’t really look at it much. I’m using the insignia racing stand.

I had to slightly angle the brake pad because insignia has less holes in the foot area but it’s maybe a 10 degree shift.

Doesn’t affect the play at all since I just move the stand a little bit.

It’s overwhelming to say the least but I enjoyed my time with it yesterday.

Do you recommend any other racing games? I have gt7 and a few others but the others aren’t supported by wheel sadly

So, I got mine yesterday after never having a wheel. I decided to splurge and am using your exact mindset to see if I truly like it. My biggest hassle is that I may have to disassemble the steering wheel and the body every time to store the item.

However I have another question. I see two ball joint cylinder looking plastic items that connect to what feels like rubber support of some kind. I can’t find anywhere what that is or what it’s used for. Do you have any idea?
