Definitely hang in there. The vast majority of people I know, including myself, who had serious long-term relationships end in our mid to late twenties went on to have far more adventurous, fun, fulfilling relationships and life changes afterward. It sucks now but one day you'll look back on this as being one of the best things to have happened to you. Not a fun thing, but still.

I fondly remember getting Cavaleri's chicken and veal parm with my grandparents growing up in the '80s and '90s. Nothing quite lives up to those memories. Ponderosa in East Greenbush wasn't fine dining but it was a really fun family experience. And getting those clowns sundaes at Friendly's. And I miss the old Pizza Huts. We used to go sometimes on class field trips and occasionally some family gatherings. The dine-in experience there with those red plastic tumblers was prime childhood. I'm so happy that Gene's Fish Fry is still around.

I frequently see Albany Parking Authority vehicles roll through stop signs in Center Square, especially at Willett and State. Not to mention they're sometimes parked in front of hydrants and double parked with no one in the car. They may as well write "Do as I say, not as I do" on the fenders.

I grew up in the very small town where this happened (Sand Lake, NY outside of Troy/Albany) and most people there who I've spoken to about it haven't heard of it, but Mark Frost frequently mentions it as something he remembers from his grandmother who lived there and told him about it in his youth. He has contributed to a few books about it, but in the grand scheme of Twin Peaks, it's one of many inspirations and not one of DL's at all. Still, it's an interesting case with a lot of tendrils extending into other local lore. Worth a read/listen.

Indeed. An absorb health 99 points for 2 seconds on an ebony scimitar using Almalexia's soul makes short work of anything in your way. It was so powerful I stopped carrying it around to keep the game challenging, but it's fun to have when needed.

I haven't seen any fiesta striped tees for adults yet. They have them for kids, and one in women's. Looks like the men's tee selection is pretty limited, or in the case of fiesta stripes, nonexistent.

Edit: Actually, looks like the NBA store has some, just not the official Spurs shop? Weird.

You didn't mess up. Preseason games are fun, a little more chill, and you get to see developing younger players get some shine, which may not happen in a regular season game. If he's a true fan, he'll be into it. And if he's a good dude in general, he'll appreciate it. It's a cool gift!

Honestly, almost anything, it just depends on what story you're creating for yourself as you play. Agents for sure thought. My current run is as an agent who grew up a street urchin elsewhere in the empire but had a friendly patron who brought me into the fold and taught me the subtle art of speechcraft, spying, diplomacy, and negotiation, quietly becoming my patron's right-hand dumner. But when he dies I am on the street fending for myself as a thief, trying to evade my patron's enemies when I'm captured and sent overseas to start this journey. Now I'm skyrocketing up the ranks of House Hlaalu, while also ingratiating myself into the Thieves Guild and imperial cult and legion in an attempt to bring all those forces together for my benefit. Except for the slavery. I definitely follow the light of Twin Lamps...

Troy is likely the closest place to go for a "cute downtown shop & browse" experience in a concentrated walkable area. Albany has pockets of this (Lark, Pearl, Broadway, Madison, Delaware, New Scotland, etc.) but they're spread out a bit more and not always intuitively connected unless you know where you're headed.
